Normand Cazelais

Normand Cazelais is a geographer by profession, as well as a journalist, university professor and author of more than twenty books. He has also worked in land-use planning and in environment at Hydro-Québec, where he coordinated water management studies, and for two years he chaired the committee whose work led to the creation of NANBO.

Marion Melloul

Project manager

Marion holds a bachelor in political science and a Master degree in Environmental Management. She works as project manager at COVABAR, where she develops integrated watershed management projects on topices related to environemental education, best practices in the riparian area or flooding management in relation to the Richelieu river watershed.

Since 2017, she works as project manager at NANBO in order to develop projects and tools that will facilitate collaboration on integrated watershed management among NANBO's members. She is in charge of creating new partnership opportunities between NANBO's members and other basin organizations.
